Refund policy
Every print of Shestakov Fine Art Limited Edition we produce is custom made to order. Due to this we do not offer returns or refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Shipping Problems/Damage
Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping.
Exclusion from Returns
If your use of our site or services has been terminated for violation of these Terms of Sale or our Terms of Use, we may refuse to accept any returns from you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us before with information to: sales@shestakovfineart.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 days.
Note:- After 30 days of period from purchase date you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
